My home between the ages of 9 and 26 and the place where both my parents are from. Despite the terrible weather (it really is wet and miserable in the winter) when the sun comes out (in any season) England shines. There is so much to see and do and I try to see and do a little bit more each time I go back for a visit. My highlights include:

Oxford: the history, culture and city architecture

Cambridge: the history, buildings, punting on the Cam

Bath & surrounds: Beautiful and manageable town

Salisbury Plains & Stonehenge: I never get tired of seeing these mega stones.

Liverpool: barely scratched the surface but had a very good feeling about this northern town.

Cornwall: rugged cliffs and beautiful country
